Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 August 2026
1. Who may use this software
VAS Content Assistant is a personal tool. It is operated by, and intended solely for, its owner and any individual the owner explicitly authorizes. It is not offered to the general public and no account registration is available.
2. Third-party platforms
The assistant interacts with third-party platforms (such as YouTube and TikTok) through their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service and policies, not by this document. Nothing here overrides them. If a platform's terms and these terms conflict, the platform's terms apply to that platform's services.
3. Authorization and revocation
The assistant accesses a platform account only after the account holder grants access through that platform's authorization flow. That access may be revoked at any time from the platform's own settings. Revocation immediately ends the assistant's ability to access the account. The owner may also stop operating the software at any time, for any reason.
4. No warranty
This software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. There is no guarantee of availability, uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. It is a personal tool, not a supported service, and it may stop working at any time — for example if a platform changes its API.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the owner is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this software.
6. Prohibited use
The software must not be used to violate any platform's terms or policies, to access accounts without their holder's authorization, to misrepresent authorship, to generate artificial engagement, or to break any applicable law.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
